Glass

A 20+ year resident of Superior, CO, self-trained, working with colored glass. Through 5 decades I've been exploring unique ways of using glass. Starting with 2-dimensional stained-glass panels, to 3-dimensional shapes, to my latest work, putting glass in motion outdoors. I've cut, ground, sawed, drilled, fused, slumped, and foiled glass along the way.

During this journey l've created a unique tool for cutting polygons, new methods of cutting holes and rings, and a never-before-seen method of fusing glass pieces together "Twice Cooked Glass."

My new designs are made of glass and solid brass. All are suitable for indoors, and most can and should be hung outdoors in the sunshine allowing the wind to put them in motion.

I hope you enjoy my unique approach to the world of glass.
